Working Principle:

The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO) heats VOcs to above 800℃, and VOCs undergo thermal oxidation, generating CO2, and H2O. The high-temperature gas produced by oxidation fows through the honeycomb ceramic regenerator, then the regenerator begins to heat up and start "heat storage" process, which can heat those follow-up VOCs, saving the fuel consumption used for additional heating.
The RTO system sets up multiple regeneralive chambers, each undergoes "heat storage--heat release--gas cleaning" process over and over again, working continuously. After the regenerative chamber releases the heat, it begins to clean the remaining VOCs, When thecleaning is completed, the "heat storage" process starts again, which can avoid the remaining VOCs being discharged into the atmosphere, reducing the treatment efficiency as a consequence.

Structural Design:
